Every day in my clinical practice, I see patients with signs of a gut that is in a state of dysbiosis: bloating, leaky gut, irritable bowel, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, eczema, thyroid disorder, weight issues, fatigue, and brain fog. Overuse of antibiotics combined with our standard American diet and toxic environment cause our microbiome to be in a constant state of distress.
